Dining experiences at five unique restaurants, range from casual cafe settings, beachside buffet to elevated fine dining, each of the resorts five bars will offer mixologist-driven cocktail program- Foodies will love the locally-sourced ingredients combined with a diverse mix of international flavors. One exciting aspect is the rotating chef program at restaurant Cueva Siete, each chef brings their own interpretation of flavors of the region, culinary knowledge and imagination. Poolside and beachside service includes snacks and beverages as well. My dinner pictured below was amazing – most importantly – gluten free and customized for my food allergy.
