Having made the decision  to have a destination wedding  for some is the easy part, now begins the daunting task of deciding where to have your wedding .  With so many  islands  and so many resorts , how do you  begin to  narrow your choices? For me as a destination wedding specalist , the most important thing I do  is listen to my bride and groom decribe what they want their magical day to be like , and then knowing who to call to make this happen . The Hawaiian islands are blessed to have so many wonderful  locations to choose from ,  but  the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows on the Big Island is always  at the top of my list.

For sure, Mauna Lani is a world class resort, sitting on an incredible beach, remarkable guest accommodations, championship golf on two 18 hole courses , an amazing spa and a myriad of dining and activities for the bride and groom  and their guest, but one of the main reasons for considering booking  your destination wedding at Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows is their Director of weddings and Romance  Pinkie Crowe.  Together with  her  wedding and catering sales team, Pinkie has helped my clients create such amazing romantic memories. The bride and groom need to be guest of the hotel or a minimum of two nights.

As registered guest of the resort , you may choose from many beautiful sites : panoramic ocean view, ancient Royal Hawaii Fishponds, tropical garden settings and many other options reminiscent of Old Hawaii. I can work with Pinkie to arrange special group rates  for you and your guests, we will need a minium of 10 rooms  for special group rates. Once you have decided upon your special date, a group room agreement will confirm your wedding date and location.  For smaller wedding parties the wedding date and locations can be reserved 60 days prior to your event ,but bride and groom need to be guest of the hotel.
