Exciting news in Port Allen
Every time I return to the island of Kaua’i I am always searching for something new to share with my clients . Most recently I discovered a wonderful new microbrewery/brewpub and grill with amazing food. The showcase of Kauai Island Brewery & Grill has to be the copperclad Brewhouse which features 10 house beers on tap. Open and spacious, the 35 feet high corrugated metal ceilings and walls, chandelier lights hanging from the ceiling, as 12 ft. high catwalk overlooking the brewpub all combine to make a fun retro feel.
A delicious menu awaits you on the grill side as well with a large selection of pupus,soups,salads,sandwiches,burgers,fresh fish. Something for everyone includes a keiki menu for children.
Some personal suggestions from the menu :
Appetizers: The Kalua pig potato skins,Nui Nachos,Mozzarella Sticks
Entrees: Korean Short Ribs, Fish& Chips(beer battered with the brewery’s lilikoi(passion fruit) ale
So far everything has been wonderful, it helps to have a great chef, atmosphere and wait staff. I can’t wait to return and try something new on the menu.

Full bar serving wine,mixed drinks and cocktails and with five 55″ flat screen TVs throughout the pub you won’t miss any of the action when your favorite team is playing. Contact them for brewery tours, group request and currently they also have keg rentals as well.
