Tidepools
Congratulations to the chef and staff of Tidepools for being named a winner in the elite Readers Choice 2013 -“Best of the Best” edition of Hawaii Magazine (March issue). Tidepools was named the #1 Best Hotel/Resort Restaurant in Hawaii, from amongst amazing competition throughout the islands. One of my personal favorites, and a favorite with my honeymoon clients, Tidepools is the perfect combination of romantic ambiance, impeccable service and award winning Pacific Rim and island style cuisine including fresh Hawaiian fish and mouth-watering prime rib. I must admit though, the signature dish of macadamia-nut encrusted mahi mahi is my personal favorite.
What could be more exotic than a series of thatched huts that seem to float above the water, the sound of a waterfall in the background, and a pair swans casually swimming by as if they have not a care in the world. Regardless of where you are staying on the island of Kaua’i would definitely be worth the drive to the Grand Hyatt Kaua’i to have dinner at Tidepools.
