Costa Mujeres is a new resort community just north of Cancun, about thirty minutes from the Cancun airport. Costa Mujeres is a tranquil peninsula, facing Isla Mujeres, bordered by the Caribbean Sea and Chacmuchuch Lagoon. The secluded, relaxing development is fronted by pristine white-sand beaches and calm turquoise waters, making the new resorts built in Costa Mujeres amongst the most popular for destination weddings, honeymoons and multigenerational vacations.
Here you will find luxury all-inclusive resorts as well as The St. Regis Costa Mujeres Resort. Guests who choose to leave their resort will enjoy golf at nearby Playa Mujeres Golf Course, exploring nearby Mayan ruins, excursions to bird sanctuary Isla Contoy and taking the ferry over to Isla Mujeres.

Number One : Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres

** four pools including an oceanfront infinity pool, activity/social pool, my favorite is the quiet jungle pool and an exclusive Preferred Club pool for guest booked in Preferred Club room catgegories.

Number Two: TRS Coral Hotel
** Five-star, adults-only, all-inclusive, offering guest a modern, tranquil environment. This resort is managed by the Palladium Hotel Group within one resort comples, but offers a high-end sanctuary for adults-only adjacent to the two family friendly Grand Palladium Resorts.
** The resort offers 473 modern suites (including jr suites, popular loft suites, multi-bedroom signature suites) with hydromassage bathtubsw and marble rainfall showers with personalized butler service.
** All-Inclusive here is a little different, operating under the concept of “infinite indulgence”, four gourmet restaurants and seven bars serving top-shelf drinks, 24 hour room service and activities. I oved the coffee shop here – ++ CHIC Cabaret Restaurant dinner show available at an additional cost.

** The perfect resort to host your destination wedding group
** The heart of the Grand Palladium complex is “The Village” an exclusive area with shopping, dining and entertainment
** The complex resort areas are connected by an innovative system of artificial canals to facilitate guest transports from one area to another by boat – guest can wait on one of the floating platforms along the canal for the next boat. (My suite at TRS Coral overlooked the canal)
Number Four: Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres

**Five-star, all-inclusive beachfront resort featuring a total of 570 luxury suites, a family section and exclusive Elegance Club (18+) adults only section.
** twelve swimming pools (including a zero-entry pool) and exclusive pools for those in the Elegance Club room categories
** a total of 13 bars including 6 swim-up bars and restaurants
** a variety of wedding venues including a beachfront gazebo, sky terrace, ballroom and others **I just returned from escorting a wedding group here
Costa Mujeres and adjacent Playa Mujeres might be a little more isolated, but worth the approximate thirty-minute drive from the Cancun airport, the beachfront setting is just stunning.
