Top Chef’s include Jon Matsubara of Japengo, Lee Anne Wong of Koko Head Café, Wade Ueoka of MW Restaurant and Andrew Le of The Pig & The Lady (all based on O’ahu) and Sheldon Simeon of Maui’s Mala Wailea and Migrant.
